Our services for fiduciaries are designed to bridge the gap of services offered by traditional CPAs and attorneys. We provide the following quick response services by licensed individuals.

PROBATE & ESTATE ADMINISTRATION:

Property – We are experienced in taking a complete inventory of a wide range of property and assets, including items held in warehouses, safe deposit boxes and public storage. We provide detailed inventory lists and asset descriptions, including digital photos. When needed, we can arrange to secure and/or transport property. We also provide property monitoring and reporting services. Notes and Receivables – we are experienced in collecting business notes and accounts receivable.

Interim Business Management – We have served as a court-appointed receiver in three states and have managed a variety of businesses on an interim basis. We have also worked as crisis management consultants. We have also prepared businesses for sale and sold businesses and business assets.

Business Valuation – When desired, we can value businesses and interests in businesses to assist fiduciaries in discharging a variety of duties, including providing valuation services for use in distributions to beneficiaries, IRS tax returns and IRS audits.

SPECIAL SITUATIONS:

We respond quickly in short notice situations involving deteriorating and unique assets, unexpected death or injury and family and/or business disputes. We are experienced in assessing and marshaling assets, tracing assets, and preparing litigation damage claims and insurance claims, where appropriate.
